If the machine is doing something other than each spin being a random event then it is not legal per nevada gaming comission. It should not do anything different after hitting 7's than if you did. If it is a pattern that happens over and over again it is not a legal machine and the chip set should have not been approved for play. You can call the gaming comission and make a report and they will test the machine if you feel it is playing "patterns" ...
