All rental car access has been moved to a large complex south of 215 off Warm Springs Road. The move happened last week while I was there. It appears that automobiles will be rented at that center not in the airport terminal. Large buses take renters from and to the rental complex. Can not talk to any operational characteristics. Again, the change was made during my stay. I rented in the terminal and returned auto to the brand new rental center. I rode the large bus to the terminal. Hope this helps somewhat. George
