for those of you who have paid for items on e-bay with no product... if you sent a money order or a cashiers check and got takin you can file a police report in your area who will intern contact sellers police and go after the fraud.. i did it and it worked not only did i get my refund i got more you ask why ? any item over $100 is a felony .. jail 1st time is 3years this seller admited that they had done this before but i busted them got my cash back.
