Re: "BILL SHAKESPEARE" RARE ????

Dick...If you look at the scans of the Bill's strikes that Malibu43 has listed, I think, you can see that these are the real thing. Granted, the rings could be switched but, like Roger, I think it would be quite noticeable. I have some old non Nevada strikes that have fallen apart and I can't get them back together right to save my soul. I'm not saying it can't be done and I hope there aren't any less than honest people getting any ideas from this thread. I can say all the collectors and dealers of strikes that I've bought, sold or traded with have been completely honest and I think we have a great bunch of people in our hobby. It did take me a long time to find both Shakespeare's so I can vouch for them being hard to find. We've only been collecting for 3 years and some of the strikes that were plentiful back then are now scarce or rare. That's what keeps the hobby interesting........Now , about the Bally's 4-liner, Cobraking, if you're out there, I'll see you at the tournament. Protect your shins because I owe you a swift kick!!!!! : )
