Boulder HWY is way to the east of the strip. If you are driving. Get On Flamingo and drive east. You will run into Boulder HWY--a 4 lane divided hwy. If going by bus take the 202 east. The bus will stop almost by the casino--within easy walking distance. There is also a free shuttle from the Fremont and California downtown to Sam's Town & back. And a free shuttle from Harrahs to there & back if going from the Strip.
