This also happenened to me recently when I was listing over 100/wk, and I was capped to 30. It is because of the word 'SILVER' in your listings. eBay has recently had problems with fradulent silver sellers and has impossed this RANDOM cap of 30/wk listings on those sellers claiming 'silver' in their listings. Just email them (when you were restricted you were given an email address to respond) or better yet place a phone call. If you are a powerseller, you have a personal representative. Just explain that you are selling silver strikes, which are casino tokens NOT silver coins. My restriction 'cap' was lifted immediately.
