In my eBay auction descriptions I used to say that I accepted:

Paypal
Money order/Cashiers check
Personal check
Cash

Stating that you accept cash is a violation of eBay rules. eBay informed me of this by canceling my auctions, requiring that the cash reference be deleted. I don't mind paying the Paypal fees. Payapl is fast and secure, most importantly, buyers love it. Of course, if somebody sends me cash anyway, I sure won't complain!
