That's because Kirk has a personal account. If you get money on a personal account from checking, paypal balance, or paypal credit, there are no fees. However, if a personal account get's money via credit or debit card, it's 4.9% plus fee, and limited to only FIVE transactions in a YEAR! For business accounts, there are straight fees (1.9 to 2.9% plus fee) no matter how you receive the money. So Skip is right on business accounts, Kirk is right on personal accounts. I'll bet Kirk a strike that he can't send ME $1.00 from paypal balance and I won't get charged any fees! lol.
