Kirk or anyone-- IS what someone will pay for it---against what someone wants to sell it for.
You found someone who wanted to pay what you wanted for it. AND YOU AGREED to take that much for it.
If ONE OR BOTH parties to a deal cannot agree on a price. Then the item being sold IS worth NOTHING.
The SAME go for Dennis here. If Dennis can find someone to pay HIS PRICE. And he still agrees to that price. OR a new negotiated price is agreed on by both parties in the sale. Then that is the value of the item in question. NO matter what another 1 sold for.
Your or anyone else opinion(of which you or they are intitled to) makes no difference. As far as the final price agreement between the 2 parties
