Ron; If your tokens have a slimy gooey feel to them on the surfaces, they have probably been exposed to pvc plastic, such as soft vynyl holders or vynyl pages, and are now contaminated. It is very difficult to get rid of PVC off tainted coins, tokens, medals, etc. While the soft plastic holders are o.k. for temporary storage or for transportation .... one should always store their treasures in NON-PVC holders and flips.
