I won't bid on them either, unless it was stated that the reserve was say $200 on a $200 strike to preserve investment due to unusual circumstances. One such circumstance happened when ebay auctions were ending on 9-11. A lot of items sold undervalued that day because most people were glued to the television watching the events unfold. Things do happen that might cause an item to end at a "ridiculously" low price. But I also, do not bid on items with a hidden reserve. I would be more apt to bid if the reserve was stated, but in that instance, just start the auction at your reserve price and go from there.
