That has a man(Mr O'Lucky) and a wishing well side by side on the reverse side---center---. And on the---reverse ring--- "Limited edition collectors Series"--Fitzgeralds

On the obverse side---center---O'Lucky's Collector Series--Fitzgeralds Casino--Blackhawk Colorado--LM--and a BIG F over a piece of clover leaf type of grass.
On the---obverse ring---"Limited Edition Collector Series"--.999 Fine Silver--.

NO dollar value amount is given on eather side.
Christie & Dennis Book in 2002 gives the collector value at $20. But I donot think it would be that high now. You can chcck Bill Cohenour's guide for a more up to date price.
