I just weighed 2 strikes and got different results. the first one was a Circus Circus Las Vegas Clown NCM Mint and it came in at 24 grams or 0.77 ounces. The second one was a Circus Circus Las Vegas Clown CT mint and it came in at 20 grams or 0.64 ounces. I have always been told that many $7 strikes have heavy and light varieties.
