I think you always do better selling them individually, because most people don't need the whole set, and you open it up to more bidders if you sell them individually. There are many bidders who can buy one or two strikes but can't always afford the whole set, and if you sell in sets you lose those bidders. I'm not claiming to be an expert, but if you monitor auctions, I think you will see the sets don't get as much as individual strikes.
