chuck i am aware of that but it takes months sometimes years meantime every doctors visit they want payment now -perscriptions - ect there is no way i can get these services now with out cash as for the crime vicks funds the most you can get IF you get any is 20,000.00 so i would still need 20 grand + NOW! AT BILLS BEING $40K
