The only jewelry slot machime WAS at the 4-Queens, that I knew about. It WAS located next to 1 of the silver strike machines. However, it's not there anymore.

From talking with players who played it. It was a pretty tight machine. So unless your lucky like 1 of the strike collectors wives. I suggest that you just go to a jewerly store and buy her something. You will most likely be ahead in the long run.
