But, The $16.25 Canadian figure would change. As the rate of exchange changes. It could be just as easily lower as higher. So I believe nobody can actually say. What the true value is $10 American or $20 Candian. I prefer to go with the $10 American value. As I believe that is easier to deal with. And that's what the strike face value was ment to be. At the time of the release of them.

As always, the collector value is what someone want's to pay for them. Against what someone want's to sell them for.
