I don't think I am clear on my question. I have Bill Cohenour's book, I have two $28s for sale on eBay right now. I have the State of Maine strike on sale and have it listed as a $10 strike. I looked at the Silver Strikers web site, and see it listed as a $10 strike. Here is the email I received:
"Those state coins are 28 dollar strikes. Take it from someone who worked there. Thought you should know." foxtoys (their eBay user id)
So my question is, could foxtoys be correct, and everyone is listing the strike as a $10 strike because it LOOKS like a $10 strike, but the casino really redeemed it for $28? Or is foxtoys, who claims to have worked there, just full of it?
Just as in a previous post, people seemed very unclear if the Casino Windsor strikes were redeemed for $20 Canadian $$ or $10 US $$, so I am wondering if anyone can say for sure if the Foxwoods strikes were REDEEMED for $28 or for $10?
Does that make sense?
Dave.
