I looked at the web site and also various price guides, and they list them as $10 strikes. Is it possible that even though they are made like the standard $10 strikes, they were redeemed for $28 as this person stated? I do not know this person, their eBay signon is foxtoys and they said they worked there. I posted their question on the auction for all to see.
