It does allow posting of trades and in addition, does allow for referral to auction sites, so I think if you see "I have so and so for sale on jackpot/eBay, please look" that is within the acceptable uses. I think if it says "I have this exact item for sale, make me an offer" it violates the usage policy. I think the grey area is if it says "I have a number of strikes for sale (not specific) please email me for a list". I at one time offered the Hilton Spacequest for sale specifically, not reading the policy, and another SS member pointed it out to me and I have not repeated the practice. I do refer to my eBay auctions.

It does appear that the usage policy is not enforced, but I would guess enforcement will only come if there are complaints.
