If as I seem to remember hearing or reading somewhere. A patient is only good for 20 years. IGT will have run the silver stike program into the ground. In about the 6 or so years before the patient expires.

Any fairly long time silver strike collector. Can remember how fast the strike machines. ---Disappeared--- especially outside of Nevada. Once the machines or strike provider was causing problems. While Nevada strike machines left the casinos at a slower rate. There WAS A LARGE NUMBER of Nevada casinos that took them out. In fact the silver strike program looked like it was on the way to extinction, NOT to many years ago. Unless something isn't done to straighten the program out. A collector could see the extinction of the program. It looks like it is starting to head this way again. As more and more casinos take out the machines.

Unfortunally it does not look to good for us collectors, for the future.
