Dick - What are you saying ? That a person should just bury their head in the sand and forget about trying to recover their money ? I think the guy should be made to return the money too the two people by what ever means it takes, you post sure makes it sould like you think this is an O.K. pratice for sellers to take, sure hope you never incounter the same thing.
