Yesterday Sharon and I went up to Las Vegas to return some common strikes back to the casinos. It was interesting some of the comments from the cashiers. At the Venetian the cashier told me that I should keep one or two of the strikes because they would just be destroyed. At the Mirage Sharon asked for a 200.00 Strike and the cashier said we only had 400.00 strikes and they were all gone, that was interesting. We then went downtown and returned some old ones to the Fremont and Sharon played the $1 machine and got a $40 strike with her first 20.00. We went over to the 4 queens played for a bit and got the set of vices. Then we went over to Main Street Station to get a quick late lunch at the 777 sports bar. Food is great there. Sharon decided to play the Double Double progressive put 20.00 in and hit 2 four of a kinds and then hit the aces with the kicker twice. She was one happy striker. We are now back in Laughlin and had a great trip to Sin City. Traffic was not to bad and we had a lot of fun. Happy Holidays to all and happy striking. Ted and Sharon SS170 and ss171.
