thanks for the replys REASON i asked was last year i was at delmar racetrack i was walking up to the large transaction window to make my bet
there was a old timer about 80yrs he droped a HUGE load of cash rolled in a rubber band i grabed it quick i tapped him on his shoulder and said SIR i think you lost something as i handed it back i got NO thankyou He said son you are very stupid you should have kept it and closed my mouth i was shocked! that is why i was in limbo on this. then he unrolled the cash there was $2000.00 and told me it had BETTER all be here.
