I had a situation much like yours a while ago. PayPal would do nothing, so I went to my credit card company and they reversed the charge. PayPal didn't like it and threatened to cancel my account but I explained that since they wouldn't help me I had no recourse but to go to MasterCard. Besides convenience one of the reasons I like to use a credit card is because of the protection it affords in situations like this. Good luck. Hopefully, Janelle will set him straight.
