Last week whil ein Vegas I stopped by to chat with the slot manager at the Plaza to find out why most all of the decent paying video poker machines have had the payout % reduced over the last 6 months or so. Seemed like a nice guy,but, put all the blame on IGT doing it on their own. IGT does NOT change pay tables on video poker unless asked by the casino. He meentioned that the Plaza strike machine was going away as well as the Vegas club. Said it had nothing to do with him,but, the order came from corporate. It would be nice to know why the machines have been removed as the Plaza strike machine was making them very good money. Hopefully someone at the Plaza will wake up and realize that they had a good thing going.
