Does the package have a postmark on it or paid postage label. I'd check that to see if it actually did originate in HI or NV.

My experience with Square Deal was a joke. To me they have no power to do anything expect give the seller a way to retract any neg feedback if found in his favor (even if you pay for a modarator).

I agree with an earlier post about contacting the authorities about this and see if they can put some heat on them. A simple phone call from a dectective I'm sure would do wonders...
