The value of the Las Vegas Club red Cap Fourth of July is a hair above cash in. Somebody needed to replace a better cracked red cap case and just switched for a clear. The Las Vegas Club has been taking the returned strikes and placing them in the machine. I don't think they have purchased any new strikes for awhile.
