I've been trying to help Richard out on this issue, and haven't noticed any connection to that crank yet. The seller really hasn't bothered answering me yet, but that could be because I suggested he e-mail others who could verify that he was selling the wrong token.
Somehow I get the feeling the seller thought he was right, but after getting that much money too easily, sometimes it's hard to return it.
There are more than a few collectors and dealers who actually live in Honolulu, so they might be able to talk to the guy. It's pretty hard to hide over there.
