This is a bit of a warning to me, I sold a strike to the individual recently and have yet to receive payment. They are claiming payment was sent via PayPal but my records and PayPal's show otherwise. If I and three other sellers do not receive payment after sufficient time has elapsed, we may be able to submit that they are a 'deadbeat' (ebay term) and with four of these submissions the individual would be removed from ebay's program permanently.
