We can complain all we want to on this board but if the seller isnt a member or collector of this stuff he could care less about what we do or say. Looks like you should just file a complaint with ebay and if you file it right he will be revoked from ebay membership. The other option you have is to file a criminal fraud case with your local PD or the one where he lives. Most police departments have a computer fraud detective. Be sure to get all of the sellers personal info from ebay. You can do that since you have a transaction with him. Believe me when I was a detective I wrote a few warrants for this exact thing from ebay. I enjoyed every moment. Each wanted party contacted me and resloved the issue with the buyer immediately. I live in TX and none of my sellers were in TX..you can file the case in either jurisdiction.
