If you notice the vegness and less clear & defined features(moon, stars, and writing) of the strike on the right. In comparison to the LACK of vegness and the features are clear & well defined on the strike on the left.

Also if you look close at the right strike you can still see the moon imprint(or shadow). On the top half of the moon, above Harrahs. With a small moon shadow below, the middle of Harrahs. The shadow on the right moon. WAS the smooth part of the moon on the left strike. But without the defination inprint of the moon on the left. Along with you had over 200 with a full moon. And only 3 with a partial moon. There is probally a few more partial moons out there. Waiting to be found because of the reason below.

I think that DIE WARE is the reason for the difference in the 2 moons.
