We did great this year in Reno collecting SS for our collection. We did manage to find machines at the Silver Legacy(2), Sierra Cids(2), Sands(1), Atlantis(1), Airport(3) and Virginia City(1).

By far the best machine for us this year was at the Sands which killed us last year with 1 SS for $86.00. We made up for this year with 14 in our pockets. We had only $46 in the machine of our $60 when we hit a 777 for 200 credits and quit. My wife ended my run with 14 strikes and $39.00 in my pocket. The machine seemed to be giving out alot of triple and double bars to keep our pocket money alive and SS coming.

Other SS collected was Virginia City-1/$46, Atlantis 5/$47.00, Sierra Cids 3/$40, Silver Legacy 2/$8 and Airport 7/$80.

In all we headed home with 32 Strikes and only $182 out of pocket at my calulations. The only regret was that the Sands didn't offer a $200 Strike. At 14 strikes I would have played for the other 6 to get one. But they said no $200 and we quit a head of the game.

We had no problems going through security at the airport with the Silver Strikes, $1 metal tokens or old nickels I retrieved from searching through cups full. They did give me a funny look thou. We even had to buy a seperate travel bag for all the goodies to hand carry on the plane.
