The stocker holders has met, voted, and agreed to sell all their shares in Aztar Corp.(owner's of the Tropicana in LV & Altantic City & other casino's). To Columbia Sussex Corp. for $54 cash a share. Still pending on all regulartory approvels. The deal is to close as soon as possible. Because if it is noy closed by a certain date. The price that is paid for the stock will very gradually go up. Columbia Sussex says it will not close the Las Vegas Tropicana. But, upgrade it and look into what can be done with the 26 acres around it.
The Azrar's casino in Cruthersville, MO. is be sold before the deal closes.
