I suggest that your friend print out 2 pages of the jackpot auction win page.(the page that says bidding closed and that says high bidder. I will print the picture also if possible. (this is up to buyer) Send 1 page with the payment. With the address to mail the auction win too. Keep the other page for her records. That way the seller has all the correct information needed. To know which strike to mail your friend. And your friend has a future record of the auction if needed. I do this and have not had any problems so far.In many buys on Jackpot and ebay.
