Dennis; If I understand your question(s) correctly .... I'm not aware how Anchor got copyright on "Silver Strikes" ...IF in fact they do. As for the 1992 $7 Harvey's silver token being considered a "silver strike" .... did the producer of that coin file for copyright status prior to Anchor?
I'm only the Chairman of the SSOTY Award Committee this year. I am unable to abide by multiple different interpretations as to what makes a Silver Strike. I've announced that I would leave it up to the elected Officers of the Silver Strikers Chapter (who speaks for your specialty in this hobby) to establish the guidelines for SSOTY qualifications. If you do not agree with what the Silver Strike Chapter Officer's announced definition is for this year's selections, I would suggest that you contact them immediately and try to persuade them to reverse their ruling before the deadline on March 30th.
As for the silver strikes you have mentioned... in order to get on the SSOTY official ballot, a silver strike must be in the top ten total nominations received .... which I don't think will qualify any of those strikes this year for those strikes you have cited.
Your elected Board of Officers have stated that they will be re-visiting this subject at convention. I will be interested to see what changes are made for future SSOTY contests this June.
