How does Anchor then get the exclusive on the SSOTY and exclude everything else? What are "Silver Strikes" issued in Colorado or South Dakote or the cruise ships, which are produced by licensees of Anchor but not by Anchor itself? Would they be eligible for SSOTY consideration?
