The Atlantic City message board was getting creamed with dozens of spam posts daily. The solution was to require users to register (one time) with a password ... confirmed by the board administrator and the problem has been eliminated 100%.

The spam that is appearing on this message board is computer driven ... so responding to it does no good. As long as the "BOT" (ROBOT) does not need a password to get in ... the problem will continue here until the software is modified.
