i did block this person and will block any buyer
that does a bid retraction on my auctions as well as NON payers there is NEVER a excuse for a bid retract at last part of a auction.. i bid i pay i have had only 1 retract in past 4 years. due to a 250.00 bid it was $25,000 thanks for your imput dennis.
