Funny how one can never predict what strikes will be short runs. I played at the Stardust on January 5 while in Vegas for the CES show. The strikes were expensive to win but almost all the strikes I got were the New Year's strikes. I actually traded some in at the cage for others (I don't know if they always do that, but this particular cashier was very nice) and traded a couple to another club member for two Plaza commons I needed.
