The same 2 bidders that are pushing up the price on this are the same 2 that went after the Dusty Draw strike. Why? Who knows! But by them doing this, it sets the price on these out of whack, with sellers expecting higher prices. There are a lot of casinos that close and those strikes dont demand a premium, and if Mr. Baxter (who has always been very honest with transactions with me) or anyone else can get these prices, congratulations. But without these 2 bidders, the price wouldnt be as high as they are pushing it.
