Lisa I agreed with you 100% until I read Archie's argument about the 1 pounders...tournament tokens etc. A Silver Strike nominated for SSTOTY should be won out of a machine...if we include what is redeemable...should we include the $10 bill you can get for 1 from the cage, or the $300 one pays to enter a tournament to get a special token? After all you just cash in 30 strikes pay your fee & get the token...if your lucky & place in the money you get another token. I am not trying to devalue these Strikes I simply feel they cannot be given the same consideration for the award as it was intended to be. We are acknowledging design, workmanship & quality of a product produced for the Casino in the spirit of what the majority of the membership collects.
