Frank, the way I read your posting. You were thinking of paying the $225 then turned around and offered $150 after it was listed at $199 and did not sell. Sounds like thinking about it saved you $75. Nothing wrong with that as I see it. How did the seller try to screw you ? It is up to you the buyer if you like a price to say yes or no.
