It's sad you are going to stop collecting for the reasons you gave. Bidding on ebay is a game always and you risk losing the bid at anytime....some people who want a certain ss will bid it up high. If this party bids it up, just let them pay the high price and wait for another one to come up....that party cannot buy all the dups out there....or list what you want on the board and buy from a member, there are plenty of us that have dups in our collections, and I am sure you could find what you need. Don't let just one person ruin the fun of the hobby for you....that would be crazy to do....just my 2 cents.....
