I have a question for all of you worldly silver strikers:

I recently acquired one of the $200.00 stikes at the Four Queens. As I'm sure you all know, the center area is painted. They had a couple of posters there by the strike machine and at the cage stating that the strikes were "hand painted". Can anyone fill me in on the details of this? Are they actually individually painted by hand??

I'm selling it, and want to make sure I represent it correctly.
