At the 2005 convention silver strike forum. There was several repesentives from IGT. Who now has the silver strike program in their inventory of casino machines.
I asked them how many different colors. That IGT was going to use in their strike program. At that time it was stated by them ---only 3 colors--- Clear $10---Red $10---Orange $40. No other colors would be used, especially odd or unusual 1's. Since then the $40 strikes has come out in the blue caps. Which is no surprise to me. As this was the color cap that was used before for the $40's. I had thought useing the orange color was kinda unusual.
I guess time will tell, and we will see if IGT sticks to what was said at the 2005 forum.
