I have a friend that uses a wax polish to smooth out some of the lesser scratches on the plastic caps....he has had great results...I personally like the idea of the red caps and I think the future holds many other different colored caps...Watch the clamor when the first "green" cap shows up....everyone will have to have one.

I know other collectors that use one size plastic cap for all of their strikes and display them in cases that fit perfectly....Much of the value in these things is what a buyer is willing to pay
