The Monte Carlo posted a sign a long time ago that they wouldn't cash Lance Burton strikes.
Several casinos won't cash old strikes. I know the Plaza, Las Vegas Club, McCarran Airport, Horseshoe, and Fiesta won't. I am sure there are others. The next one will be Reno Hilton they have posted now. The Flamingo in Laughlin has changed ownership and they will be changing names.
