Tonight as Laura and I do most Friday nights we went down town strike hunting and to have dinner. In the last year I can not even couth the 1000's of dollars we have spent in the Las Vegas Club and the Plaze.

Last week we had dinner using our comps in the Las Vegas club. Tonight we go into the plaza, go to get our comp's and are told that we don't have any more comp dollars there at all. We had over $350 in comp dollars there last month and had not used any of them. We asked how this could be and where told that If you do not play each month to their standards then you LOSE YOUR COMP DOLLARS! That is the good part if you are a local. If you live out of town and you do not use your Comp Dollars within 48 hours of the time you earned them then you lose them also. Guess us locals are getting a bit of a break. Last week we spent $300 on Friday night at the plaza along with the 1000's we had spent there in the last year. We cashed out all of our points at the plaza.

We then went back to the Las Vegas club and found out that they had taken MOST of our comp dollars away from us there also. There was a few left so we used them for dinner, cashed out all of our points and left to go to the Fremont.

We asked at both places what was going on, why did we not get told this last week when we where there or get mailed something telling us to play or lose our comps. They nicely told us that the new managers did this and expect the desk people to take the heat for it.

We love down town. Plaza and The Las Vegas Club can kiss my butt. We will not take space in their casino ever again if this is the way they are going to treat locals that have been very loyal to them. The tourists are going to be treated even worse. If $300 to $500 a week is not enough for them to let us keep our comp's then they don't need us.

They can keep their strikes.. I will by them on Ebay for ten bucks.
