We all know that the $10.00 strikes don't have a silver outer ring but I wonder were any of the older $20 or $40 strikes made with the outer ring being silver and iif so maybe this is why the seller thinks the whole strike is .999 silver. I don't want to start testing on any of my $20's or $40's but I can say that some of the older $40's look to have a silver collar.
